Sumaiya Kolia has been with us since February, 2002. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from P.E.C.H.S. College, Karachi and L.L.B. Degree from S.M.Law College, Karachi. She has secured second position in her Inter Commerce Exams from the Federal Board of Pakistan and second position in her L.L.B. Part I exams. Sumaiya's principal areas of work include research in various legal areas ranging specially with regard to Comparative Law and Cross-Border Jurisdiction issues. She is also and expert draftsperson and drafter of all commercial, conveyancng and corporate documentation including specialised opinion writing.
