Petroleum, Energy and Utilities Law
Since
inception our firm has been actively advising and litigating
for various corporations in the petroleum and energy sector
with regard to all legal matters. We have acquired specialized
knowledge of upstream and downstream petroleum laws concessions
agreements, gas/petroleum supply agreements and joint ventures,
and all related legal spheres, involving both multi-national
petroleum syndicates and large public sector organizations as
well.
We have also advised, counselled, litigated with regard to Independent
Power Projects in Pakistan, at their various stages from inception
through to restructuring litigation and insolvency.
We also advise individuals and corporations on gas and electric
supply contracts, laws and disputes.
