Muhammad Zaheer works in our litigation team and has civil and criminal litigation and trial experience. His principal areas of practice are civil, criminal, banking, labour and family law. He appears regularly in the Banking Courts, Civil Courts, Federal Services Tribunal and Labour Courts. His principal areas of practice are property registration, conveyancing, banking law, family law and labour laws. Clients to whom he provides regular litigation and advice include, S.S.G.C., O.G.D.C., NDFC, PICIC, RDFC, MCB, Adventist Hospital, Taq Cargo, Pakistan Army, Pakistan Coast Guards, K.D.A. and D.H.A. He appears regularly in the Civil Courts, High Court, Federal Senior Tribunal and Labour Courts as well as filing of Intellectual Property documents in front of the Trade mark Registry , Patent Office and Copyright Registry . Zaheer joined Jamil & Jamil in 1998 with an L.L.B, from Sindh Muslim Law College. He is based in Karachi.
